Welcome to Near Future Tees. These Terms of Service govern your use of nearfuturetees.com and any purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

All products sold by Near Future Tees are made to order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other information.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified because production may begin shortly after the order is submitted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we believe it was placed fraudulently, contains incorrect information, or cannot be fulfilled.

2. Product Fulfillment

Near Future Tees works with third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products.

Because products are made to order, slight variations in printing, placement, color, or appearance may occur between products or compared with images displayed on our website. Screen settings may also cause colors to appear differently from the physical product.

These normal production variations are not considered defects.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Near Future Tees is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us before attempting to process a return.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color choices, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nearfuturetees@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue.

If we determine that an item qualifies for a replacement or refund, we will provide instructions regarding the next steps.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Approved refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We reserve the right to request photographs or other information necessary to verify a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on nearfuturetees.com, including original designs, graphics, artwork, logos, product descriptions, photographs, branding, and other creative materials owned by Near Future Tees is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially use, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Near Future Tees.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership or commercial rights to the artwork or designs appearing on that product.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, customer information, or other restricted areas.
